Extenteam is currently looking for a Remote Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing organization and undertake the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the competition of all priority tickets in the system and all engineering system operations
- Dispatch work orders to appropriate team members, ensuring completion in a timely manner
- Assist with following up with vendors to ensure a timely fix for all guests and owners
- Answer incoming guest calls, placing appropriate notes in work orders
- Accurately submit and close out work orders for maintenance or housekeeping deficiencies
- Ability to self-motivate and take ownership while having the ability to multi-task
- Provide exceptional customer service to vendors, fellow coworkers, and departments while addressing maintenance concerns
- Adhere to company procedures and policies
- Ensure Resort standards are followed at all times while maintaining a safe and positive work environment
- Attend all scheduled meetings where presence is required
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment with business demands
- Ensure inventory is up-to-date at all times
- Completing any other task/duties assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
- Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills
- Administrative experience of at least 2 years is required. Resort experience is a plus.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
- Must be able to work independently or as a team
- Proficient with Microsoft and other computer programs is required.
Nice to Haves:
- Vacation rental industry experience, working with VRBO, AirBnB, etc.
- PMS experience in the rental and hotel industry.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Internet speed minimum 30mbps
- i5 8th Gen or higher
- Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina or higher
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
- Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
