Job Description:  The Business Development Executive, will drive the growth of Extenteam's new product within the hospitality and short-term rental industry. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and targeting new business opportunities through proactive outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, as well as conducting market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and potential market gaps. You will develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, and present Extenteam’s products and services through meetings, proposals, and negotiations. Additionally, you will collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and provide valuable client feedback to enhance our offerings. As part of brand-building efforts, you will represent Extenteam at industry events, trade shows, and conferences while actively networking to strengthen both personal and company presence within the industry.
